Below the barrel sizes, the same product ships in lidded food-grade pails — the format a commercial kitchen or a secondary packer can open, use and reseal. Gherkins go out whole, sliced, diced or as relish; every other line packs the same way.

Every gherkin
has a number
Gherkins are traded by count per kilogram — the higher the count, the smaller the fruit. We supply the full standard range plus custom crooked cuts, so you can order against the same grade your buyers already quote. Bar widths show relative fruit size.
